Job Description
**Job Title:** Account Manager Intern (Key Account Management) **Role Summary:** Assist in developing and managing partnerships with real‑estate agencies, student residences, and educational institutions within a SaaS platform. Support operational reliability, data quality, and customer success for the student housing marketplace. Operate at the intersection of business development, account operations, and cross‑functional coordination. **Expectations:** - Complete a 6‑month internship, beginning March 2026 (possible April). - 35 hours/week, €1,000/month stipend. - Collaborate with Sales, Ops, and Marketing to optimize partner onboarding, performance tracking, and promotional activities. - Maintain and enhance data integrity for listings and partner accounts. - Provide responsive customer support to student users. **Key Responsibilities:** - Onboard new partners (agencies, residences, schools). - Monitor partner KPIs and recommend performance improvements. - Optimize listing visibility and marketing tactics. - Activate and manage add‑on offers and promotions. - Update and audit listing data (pricing, availability, key information). - Configure and maintain partner accounts in internal tools. - Handle student inquiries, support tickets, and office hour sessions. - Contribute to process enhancements and internal coordination across Sales, Ops, Marketing. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency with digital tools: CRM, spreadsheets, back‑office systems. - Strong organizational and autonomous work style. - Excellent communication, relationship building, and service orientation. - Analytical mindset for tracking performance and quality metrics. - Fluent in French; professional proficiency in English preferred. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Current student in business school, university, or equivalent program. - Interest in SaaS, student housing, or EdTech (self‑demonstrated). - No mandatory certifications; but knowledge of SaaS platforms and data management is beneficial.
