Job Description: **Job Title:** Software Engineer **Role Summary:** Develop real-time AI Native workflows and tooling using Spec-Driven Development; build AI-integrated software solutions for evolving AI-driven development ecosystems. **Expectations:** 5+ years proven software engineering experience; balance mature codebase contributions with rapid prototyping; leverage AI tools for productivity; thrive in fast-paced, autonomous environments. **Key Responsibilities:** Design/Implement AI-driven features aligned with product goals; prototype language integrations and scalable solutions; enhance UI interactions with designers; integrate third-party services; collaborate on cross-team architecture; establish testing strategies; lead product capabilities through technical vision. **Required Skills:** Expertise in code modularity/structure; proficiency with AI coding tools (e.g., LLM agents); experience in fast-paced startups; familiarity with AI tool integration; collaboration across product/design/engineering. **Required Education & Certifications:** Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field. **Additional Requirements:** Experience with REST APIs, infrastructure (e.g., CI pipelines, Kubernetes), and JSON:API standards preferred.
