**Job Title**
ServiceNow Technical Architect
**Role Summary**
Lead end‑to‑end ServiceNow implementations for a global trading organization, driving architecture design, configuration, integration, and governance to deliver a scalable, secure, and compliant platform that meets business objectives.
**Expectations**
- Own the full delivery lifecycle from architecture through go‑live for multiple ServiceNow modules.
- Establish technical governance, coding standards, and a design authority to assure quality and consistency.
- Mentor and grow an internal ServiceNow team while coordinating with external partners.
- Ensure security, compliance, and regulatory requirements are embedded in all platform components.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, configure, and deploy a greenfield ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Scoped Apps, CSDM).
- Build and maintain pre‑production and production environments, validating integrations and performance.
- Lead the Technical Design Authority: set coding standards, enforce best practices, and conduct quality reviews.
- Mentor and develop internal ServiceNow professionals, providing hands‑on technical direction.
- Serve as technical gatekeeper for external implementation partners, ensuring deliverables meet quality benchmarks.
- Integrate ServiceNow with core enterprise systems via APIs and Integration Hub.
- Partner with Information Security & Compliance to embed controls, audit trails, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor platform health, plan upgrades, manage technical debt, and drive continuous improvement.
**Required Skills**
- 10+ years in IT, with 7+ years focused on ServiceNow platform engineering, development, or architecture.
- Proven experience leading greenfield implementations in complex, global enterprises.
- Expertise in ServiceNow architecture, including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Scoped Apps, and CSDM.
- Strong technical leadership, stakeholder influencing, and governance establishment.
- Experience collaborating with external delivery partners from design to go‑live.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and operational resilience, especially in financial services or regulated sectors.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum two ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications (ITSM/ITOM) and Certified Application Developer.
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect accreditation preferred.
- Demonstrated completion of at least six full ServiceNow implementations (≥2 ITSM, ≥2 ITOM).
