Job Description

**Job Title** Project Lead – Forecasting, Pricing & Data (M/F) **Role Summary** Lead analytical initiatives for transport network demand and revenue forecasting to inform commercial strategy, bid responses, and contract negotiations. Drive data‐driven insights on traffic, pricing, and marketing impacts through advanced analytics and visualization tools. **Expectations** - Deliver robust, evidence‑based forecasts and revenue projections. - Influence pricing, distribution, and contractual decisions. - Communicate findings to internal teams and external authorities. - Continuously improve forecasting methodology and knowledge base. **Key Responsibilities** - Analyse traffic and revenue trends, providing quantitative insights for bids and contract amendments. - Assess impacts of fare adjustments, service changes, marketing campaigns, and public policy shifts. - Build and maintain predictive models using R, Python, GIS, and BI tools (PowerBI). - Support negotiations with operators and stakeholders, defending the group’s positions. - Mentor colleagues and conduct internal training on analytical techniques. - Compile socio‑economic and performance indicators to build territorial knowledge bases. **Required Skills** - Expertise in statistical analysis, forecasting models, and data visualization. - Proficiency with GIS, R, Python, PowerBI, and Microsoft Office Suite. - Strong analytical, synthesis, writing, and communication abilities. - Ability to manage complex data sets and distill actionable insights. - Fluent in French (written and spoken). **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree (equivalent to Bac+5) in engineering, transport, or a related field. - Prior experience in mobility analysis and forecasting required. ---
