Job Title: Print Project Manager (H/F) Role Summary: Operate as a local and cross‑functional project manager overseeing Epson and Ricoh printing environments. Manage the print service lifecycle, from incident handling and backlog prioritisation to equipment deployment and stock control, while coordinating local support teams and acting as the primary bridge to business units. Deliver timely, structured, and proactive print services across the organisation. Expactations: Remote working up to 2 days per week; 40‑hour work week; direct reporting to the Infrastructure Management manager; active participation in weekly backlog grooming and bi‑weekly reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the print service portfolio for Epson/Ricoh equipment, managing both local and cross‑departmental teams. - Facilitate day‑to‑day proximity interaction, address incidents, prioritise actions, and maintain an operational backlog. - Plan and execute equipment deployments, conduct post‑deployment hand‑offs, and manage inventory and procurement forecasts. - Conduct workshops and change‑management sessions with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment roll‑outs. - Enhance delivery efficiency, streamline inter‑team communications, and raise alerts on emerging issues. - Provide clear, concise reporting to senior management and act as local point of contact for business leaders.
