**Job Title:**
Product Manager – AI & Intelligent Automation
**Role Summary:**
Drive the strategy, development, and delivery of AI‑powered solutions that enhance market‑making, risk management, and operational workflows. Collaborate across commercial, trading, research, engineering, and compliance to ensure products meet business goals, regulatory requirements, and user needs.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver end‑to‑end AI products that increase productivity, accuracy, and decision quality.
- Integrate LLMs, multi‑agent coordination, and advanced analytics into scalable, maintainable systems.
- Establish data governance, model validation, and responsible AI practices.
- Measure impact through defined KPIs and iterate based on performance data.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy for AI/automation initiatives.
2. Identify high‑impact use cases, prioritize them, and translate them into product specifications.
3. Partner with engineering to integrate AI models, ensuring scalability, QA, and seamless operation.
4. Leverage financial market expertise and time‑series analytics to inform product design.
5. Champion human‑AI collaboration tools that automate routine tasks and improve team decision‑making.
6. Shape organizational processes, standards, and best practices for AI development and deployment.
7. Work with stakeholders (commercial, trading, research, operations, compliance) to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
8. Conduct continuous market and technology research to maintain a competitive edge.
9. Define and track metrics, report on product impact, and refine strategy accordingly.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven product management experience (3+ years) in technology or fintech.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts (LLMs, MCP, time‑series modeling).
- Knowledge of financial markets, trading operations, and risk analytics.
- Strong data engineering and analytics skills.
- Excellent cross‑functional communication and stakeholder management.
- Agile product development methodology (Scrum/Kanban).
- Ability to set metrics, analyze KPIs, and drive data‑driven decisions.
- Familiarity with responsible AI, data governance, and regulatory compliance.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), AI/ML certification, or equivalent are preferred.
