Job Description
Job title: Senior Account Executive Role Summary: Drive end‑to‑end sales of B2B SaaS solutions, managing the entire pipeline from prospecting to contract closing. Focus on acquiring new customers and expanding revenue in the French market while building lasting client relationships. Expectations: - Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets; meet or exceed forecasted quotas. - Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and deliver regular activity metrics. - Present and negotiate solutions at all levels, including C‑suite stakeholders. - Travel regionally as required and participate in industry events. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect, qualify, and engage potential customers using inbound leads and outbound outreach. - Conduct customized needs assessments and craft tailored solution proposals. - Own the full sales cycle, from initial presentation to contract negotiation and close. - Collaborate with Solution Engineering and Professional Services teams to deliver compelling demos and guarantee customer fit. - Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date information in Salesforce and other CRM tools. - Represent the company at events, trade fairs, and online webinars. Required Skills: - Proven B2B SaaS/Software/IT sales experience with a successful track record of meeting/exceeding targets. - Strong presentation and negotiation abilities, comfortable pitching to C‑level executives. - Fluent French, excellent English communication skills (written & oral). - Self‑motivated, thrives in a fast‑paced, international environment. - Ability to build and sustain a professional network within the French market. - Familiarity with Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related field. - Relevant sales certifications (e.g., SPIN Selling, MEDDICC) considered an advantage.
