Job Description

Job Title: Software Engineer Role Summary: Design, develop, and configure software solutions with minimal supervision. Collaborate within an agile team to deliver high‑quality API and UI components, applying unit testing and continuous integration practices. Translate high‑level architectural designs into detailed low‑level implementations, ensuring secure coding and adherence to modern CI/CD frameworks. Expactations: - Accurately estimate effort required for software features and deliver on time. - Apply critical thinking to solution design, implementation, and problem resolution. - Drive real business value through technical excellence and efficient delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Build and configure scalable software solutions in a fast‑moving environment. - Work closely with product owners, designers, and peers to deliver functional, well‑tested code. - Implement unit tests, automated pipelines, and continuous integration workflows. - Translate architecture specifications into robust low‑level design documents. - Enforce secure coding practices and maintain software compliance with industry standards. Required Skills: - Proficiency in React JS, .NET, C#, and SQL Server. - Extensive experience in API development and UI/UX implementation. - Strong technical design and documentation capabilities. - Ability to generate detailed low‑level designs from high‑level concepts. - Knowledge of secure coding principles and modern development frameworks. - Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control. - Familiarity with insurance or financial services domain is a plus but not mandatory. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent industry experience). - Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure Developer Associate, Certified Software Development Professional) are desirable but not mandatory.
