Workforce Planning & Analytics Lead
**Role Summary**
Lead the design, delivery, and automation of global workforce planning models, dashboards, and forecasting tools. Provide accurate, real‑time headcount, cost, and attrition insights to People, Finance, and Operations senior leaders, driving data‑driven workforce decisions and improving organizational effectiveness.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build, automate, and maintain workforce forecasting and reporting tools at a global scale.
- Provide accurate headcount, cost, and attrition analysis for business planning.
- Develop interactive dashboards and scenario models to inform strategic workforce decisions.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into data‑driven solutions.
- Lead data integrity, governance, and taxonomy improvement initiatives across systems.
- Support HR and Finance in developing predictive analytics and advanced modelling capabilities.
**Required Skills**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in workforce planning, HRIS, or people analytics leadership.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power Query, and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx).
- Strong experience with HR system reporting, especially Workday.
- Robust financial and analytical acumen for headcount, cost, and utilisation modelling.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Comfortable working within a structured, highly governed environment.
- Knowledge of predictive or AI‑driven analytics is an advantage.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in HRIS (e.g., Workday HCM), analytics (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau Desktop), or advanced Excel are preferred.
