Your Role
As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in building and optimizing systems to meet growing user demand. Your responsibilities will include:
Designing and implementing backend APIs while collaborating with the edge-computing team.
Creating user-facing front-end interfaces in partnership with the product team.
Ensuring the system is scalable, reliable, and has robust observability.
Delivering high-quality features with thorough testing and debugging.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a highly motivated engineer with:
3+ years of industry experience, building scalable systems.
Strong knowledge of backend technologies, particularly Python or Go.
Experience working with databases such as Postgres and Redis.
Proficiency in front-end technologies, including Typescript, react-query, React, and modern build tools.

Bonus Skills (helpful but not essential):
Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code solutions (e.g., Pulumi on AWS).
Experience with mobile development (e.g., React Native).
Exposure to platform engineering, C++, or video streaming technologies.

Our client, an organisation undergoing a significant business transformation and change programme, is seeking an experienced Senior Business Change Lead to provide immediate support and expertise. This transformation involves transitioning multiple services and service centres, with a focus on ensuring programme success through effective change leadership, integrated planning, and stakeholder engagement.
As the Senior Business Change Lead, you will play a critical role in reassessing the programme's current state, identifying capability gaps, and guiding the organisation to deliver its objectives through structured change management, governance, and alignment with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the redefinition of the programme's change strategy and approach, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Conduct a thorough assessment of the current programme structure and propose enhancements to drive improved outcomes.

Windows Deployment Engineer (Contract)
Location: Guildford, Surrey
Contract Length: 3 months (initially)
Rate: £250 per day (Inside IR35)
You must be prepared to go through basic finance and security checks due to the nature of the end client.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Windows Deployment Engineer to join our client's team in Guildford on a 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension. This is a hands-on role to support the deployment of new Windows 11 devices, replacing existing Windows 10 devices as part of a hardware refresh.
Key Responsibilities:
Deploy and configure AMC Gen2 devices with Windows 11 across our organisation.
Troubleshoot and provide technical support for the newly deployed Windows 11 devices.
Ensure successful transition from Windows 10 to Windows 11, with minimal disruption to users.
Work closely with the IT team to resolve any deployment or configuration issues.
While most users will be on Windows 11 devices, support may be needed for AVC (Allianz Virtual Client) which is still running on Windows 10.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in Windows deployment and support, particularly Windows 11.
Strong understanding of hardware refresh processes, including device configuration and user migration.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows environments.
Experience with virtual clients or remote desktop services is advantageous.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
