**Job Title** ServiceNow Developer **Role Summary** Provide remote ServiceNow development and support for a major client through a managed service provider. Expactations: * Complete the migration within a 3‑month contractual period. * Maintain compliance with internal security standards and CIS benchmarks. * Provide actionable documentation and knowledge transfer to the client’s IT team. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute a detailed migration strategy covering planning, validation, and execution. * Validate compatibility with Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM, and Intune. * Automate SentinelOne agent deployment via PowerShell and Intune. * Configure agent policies (exclusions, data collection, web control, firewall, DLP, performance tuning). * Design granular policy sets per business unit and implement RBAC for the SentinelOne console. * Implement network isolation, script control, device control, and threat protection policies. * Configure heuristic and behavioral detection, conduct root‑cause analysis, and respond to incidents. * Harden endpoints using zero‑trust principles and validate against CIS benchmarks. * Troubleshoot deployment issues, resolve network latency and agent conflicts. * Deliver knowledge transfer sessions and technical documentation.
