Job Description
**Job Title:** FinOps Integration Architect **Role Summary:** Design, build, and govern ServiceNow‑based FinOps solutions that enable cloud cost visibility, forecasting, optimization, and chargeback across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Lead integration of cloud billing APIs and enterprise financial systems, develop automated cost‑management workflows, and provide strategic architectural guidance to stakeholders. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality, scalable FinOps integrations on the ServiceNow platform. - Establish data governance, cost attribution models, and automated workflow pipelines. - Act as a trusted advisor to business and technical stakeholders, driving financial accountability. - Maintain awareness of AIOps and other emerging automation capabilities within ServiceNow. **Key Responsibilities:** - Architect ServiceNow solutions for cloud cost management (visibility, forecasting, optimization). - Design and implement integrations with AWS, Azure, GCP billing APIs and internal financial systems. - Build data models for cost attribution, and enforce governance frameworks in ServiceNow. - Develop automated workflows for cost anomaly detection, rightsizing recommendations, and proactive cost control. - Implement showback and chargeback mechanisms tied to business units, projects, and services. - Define and enforce architectural best practices, standards, and governance on the ServiceNow FinOps platform. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and articulate value propositions. **Required Skills:** - Extensive ServiceNow solution architecture and implementation experience. - Deep knowledge of FinOps principles, frameworks, and financial modeling. - Proven ability to design integrations between ServiceNow and cloud billing ecosystems. - Strong data modeling, pipeline design, and governance expertise. - Experience with Azure, GCP, AWS billing APIs and enterprise financial systems. - Familiarity with ServiceNow Integration Hub, IT Asset Management, ITBM, and related modules. - Ability to develop automated processes (flow designer, scripts) for cost management. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills. - Awareness of AIOps concepts and implementation within ServiceNow, especially for cost optimization. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience). - ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Integration Specialist) preferred. - Finance or Cloud‑cost‑management certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Cost Optimization, Cloud Financial Management) are advantageous.
