Job Description
**Job Title** People Services Administrator **Role Summary** Provide frontline employee support, acting as the primary contact for People and People Systems queries. Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to off‑boarding, ensuring accurate data and timely processing in Workday. Deliver service excellence through case management, system support, and proactive process improvement. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality, timely support across all stages of the employee lifecycle. - Maintain data integrity and accurate records in Workday and related systems. - Resolve queries and cases within agreed service levels. - Collaborate with the wider People team to streamline processes and enhance the employee experience. **Key Responsibilities** - Serve as first point of contact for People and People Systems queries via Fresh Service. - Manage and resolve cases in line with agreed SLAs. - Support full employee lifecycle: onboarding, transfers, changes, off‑boarding. - Process employee changes accurately and on time in Workday. - Maintain and update People dashboards, ensuring actions are tracked. - Respond to reference requests and system access queries. - Provide day‑to‑day People support to employees and managers. - Work with People team to deliver a seamless, user‑friendly experience. - Identify opportunities for process and system improvement and help implement solutions. **Required Skills** - Strong attention to detail and accuracy at pace. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Service‑focused, proactive mindset. - Ability to prioritise, stay organized, and manage varied workloads. - Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to drive improvements. - Confidence in supporting and guiding managers when needed. **Required Education & Certifications** - Degree or CIPD qualification (or equivalent). *Optional but desirable experience:* HR/People team background, Workday, Fresh Service, basic knowledge of people processes such as right‑to‑work checks and leave types.
