Job Title: Senior Business Intelligence Analyst / Data Manager Role Summary: Lead the design, development, and delivery of BI solutions that drive data‑driven decision making across the organization. Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements, build and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports, and ensure high data quality, governance, and performance of BI tools. Expectations: - Translate complex business needs into actionable BI solutions. - Maintain and enhance the central data platform and BI ecosystem. - Champion data governance, quality, and security practices. - Ensure continuous availability and optimal performance of BI services. Key Responsibilities: - Gather and analyze business requirements for reporting and analytics. - Design, develop, and maintain data models, ETL pipelines, and dashboards using Qlik Sense, NPrinting, and other BI tools. - Create and update documentation such as data dictionaries, metadata, and solution designs. - Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training for BI tool users. - Coordinate testing of BI developments and changes. - Monitor BI tool performance, availability, and service level compliance. - Collaborate with subject matter experts to integrate data across systems. - Contribute to the BI strategy, roadmap, and transformation initiatives. Document and communicate new or updated processes; ensure they are embedded into day‑to‑day operations. 4. Coordinate cross‑functional support during system cut‑over and transition to the new SAP environment. 5. Manage end‑user training initiatives in collaboration with HR and project teams. 6.
