Technical Lead, Salesforce Health Cloud CRM
Role Summary:
Lead technical delivery and governance for patient‑centric CRM solutions within the U.S. market, focusing on Salesforce Health Cloud and related automation platforms. Act as the subject‑matter expert (SME), ensuring scalable, compliant system design, deployment, and support across the full product lifecycle.
Expactations:
• Drive technical strategy for patient CRM initiatives, aligning with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and coordinate on‑shore, near‑shore, and offshore development and support teams.
• Maintain high system availability and data integrity, meeting established SLAs and compliance standards.
• Advocate continuous improvement of processes, tools, and technology stack.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as SME for Salesforce Health Cloud and allied patient‑service technologies.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into technical specifications and architecture designs.
• Oversee system development lifecycle (SDLC): design, development, testing, validation, and deployment.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships, including contract execution, performance monitoring, and technology integration.
• Lead solution support: troubleshoot API integrations, data loads, and user issues; document resolutions and update knowledge bases.
• Ensure all system updates pass validation, certification, and acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Insight & Analytics, Market Access & Pricing, etc.) to integrate patient data streams.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends, regulatory changes (HIPAA, FDA Part 11, GDPR, etc.), and emerging best practices.
Required Skills:
• 7+ years of end‑to‑end system lifecycle management, with 4+ years in Salesforce Health/Service Cloud environments.
• Proven experience in the life‑sciences healthcare sector (pharma, med‑device, hospital).
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA data security, encryption, and storage requirements.
• Familiarity with system validation, FDA Part 11 compliance, and computerized system validation (CSV).
• Proficiency in API integration, data integration, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and team leadership.
• Ability to manage multi‑region teams and third‑party vendors.
Required Education & Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Advanced Administrator (preferred).
• Certifications in project management (PMP, ScrumMaster, etc.) and/or data privacy (CIPP/E, CIPP/US) are advantage.
