**Job Title:**
Full‑Stack Web Developer (Python / JavaScript)
**Role Summary:**
Design, develop, test, and deploy end‑to‑end web applications in a fast‑moving Digital Factory. Work across multiple client projects, integrating AI (LLM, NLP), managing cloud deployments (AWS, Docker), and maintaining continuous improvement of code quality and performance.
**Expectations:**
- Mastery of Python and at least one backend framework (Django or Flask).
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills with modern frameworks (Next.js, Node.js, React).
- Experience embedding AI components into web projects (LLM, NLP, RAG).
- Proficient with Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments.
- Ability to juggle several projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver high‑quality solutions on schedule.
- Excellent communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Architect and develop full‑stack web features from design to deployment.
- Maintain and evolve multiple concurrent client projects, applying bug fixes, enhancements, and new features.
- Prepare, deploy, and monitor applications in cloud environments (AWS, Docker Compose).
- Write clear, up‑to‑date technical documentation and contribute to quality practices (unit tests, CI/CD, monitoring).
- Perform code refactoring, performance optimization, and lightweight CI/CD automation.
- Engage with clients to understand requirements, provide demos, and resolve incidents.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies and propose innovations to improve products.
**Required Skills:**
- Python (Django or Flask) – solid experience.
- JavaScript / TypeScript – strong knowledge.
- Modern JS ecosystem: Next.js, Node.js, React.
- AI/ML integration: LLM, NLP, RAG.
- Docker, Git, basic CI/CD (GitHub Actions, simple pipelines).
- Cloud deployment skills (AWS, Docker Compose).
- Strong organizational, autonomous, prioritization, and communication abilities.
- Self‑motivated with a curiosity for learning and innovation.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Web Development or related field.
- 2–3 years of professional experience in a similar full‑stack developer role.
