**Job Title** Vice President Supply Chain **Role Summary** Executive responsible for designing and executing a scalable, end‑to‑end supply chain strategy across a multi‑site food manufacturing network. Drives data‑driven planning, logistics, procurement, and inventory optimization to deliver cost, cash flow, and service improvements aligned with aggressive growth objectives. **Expectations** - Deliver measurable operational and financial results. - Build a high‑performance supply‑chain organization. - Embed S&OP/IBP discipline and modern analytics into daily operations. - Partner with senior leadership and investors to enable growth plans. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead development of the end‑to‑end supply‑chain roadmap. - Implement and sustain S&OP/IBP processes to enhance planning accuracy. - Oversee integrated planning, logistics, procurement, inventory, and customer service functions across all sites. - Design and optimize the network for cost, cash, and service performance. - Build, coach, and retain a capability‑focused supply‑chain team. - Mentor and align supply‑chain goals with commercial strategy. **Required Skills** - Proven leadership in ingredients manufacturing (food, dairy, whey, proteins). - Demonstrated success managing multi‑site or integrated supply‑chain operations. - Strong expertise in planning, logistics, procurement, and inventory management. - Data‑driven decision making with quantitative and financial analysis skills. - Comfortable leading in fast‑paced, evolving environments. - Hands‑on, people‑focused leadership with commercial acumen. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred). - Supply‑chain related certification (e.g., APICS CSCP, Six Sigma) is desirable.
