Job title: Marketing Lead Role Summary: Lead the marketing strategy and execution for a growing IT services company, driving inbound leads and expanding the client base through creative campaigns and data‑driven tactics. Expectations: Deliver measurable ROI by increasing sales leads and inquiries, maintain brand consistency, and forge strategic partnerships with major software vendors. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across email, SEO, PPC, and content channels. • Manage and optimize campaigns using HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and other marketing automation tools. • Conduct customer segmentation and low‑level data analysis to inform campaign targeting and performance measurement. • Build and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support joint marketing initiatives. • Oversee brand strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning in B2B SaaS/IT services markets. • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators, adjusting tactics to meet lead generation and revenue targets. Required Skills: • Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience in B2B SaaS or IT services. • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp), SEO best practices, PPC management, and Google Analytics. • Strong analytical skills for segmentation, campaign analysis, and ROI measurement. • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build relationships with internal teams and external partners. • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, capable of hands‑on campaign execution. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred). • Certifications in HubSpot Marketing Software, Google Analytics, and/or digital marketing credentials are a plus.
