Job Description
Job title: Software Development Manager Role Summary: Lead and mentor a cross‑functional development team, oversee the full software development lifecycle, and drive technical excellence, process improvement, and alignment with business objectives. Expactations: - Provide strategic leadership and hands‑on technical guidance. - Deliver high‑quality, scalable, and secure solutions on time. - Promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. - Align technology initiatives with product roadmaps and business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and manage a development team across multiple disciplines. - Own end‑to‑end software development processes, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define product roadmaps and align technology initiatives. - Drive process improvements by implementing Agile (Scrum/Kanban), DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines. - Provide technical guidance: code reviews, architectural design, performance, scalability, and security decisions. - Manage resource allocation, recruitment, and onboarding of new talent. - Ensure seamless integration between CRM systems (Salesforce), web platforms, mobile applications, and backend services. - Support senior leadership in defining future technology roadmaps. Required Skills: - Proven experience in software development and leadership. - Strong knowledge of modern web/mobile technologies or Salesforce development. - Proficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and DevOps practices. - Experience with tools: Jira, Git, CI/CD pipelines. - Cloud platform experience: AWS or Azure. - Integration experience: SOAP/REST APIs, OAuth. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (preferred). - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I/II) highly desirable.
