Key Responsibilities: - Log, diagnose, and resolve incidents using the Service Desk system. - Offer 1st and 2nd line support for hardware, software, and network issues across multiple sites. - Escalate complex problems to appropriate teams and keep users informed. - Troubleshoot Windows, Android, iOS, Microsoft Office environments and PC hardware. - Identify and implement improvements to enhance IT support efficiency. Required Skills: - Proven experience in a service desk or desktop support role. - Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Android, iOS, Microsoft Office, networking, and PC hardware. - Experience with Service Desk systems in a fast‑paced environment. - Excellent communication skills and a customer‑centric attitude. Required Education & Certifications: - High school diploma or equivalent. - IT-related certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are preferred.
