**Job Title:** Business Analyst **Role Summary:** Partner with cross-functional teams to define, document, and prioritize product requirements for a global SaaS lending platform. Translate business needs into clear specifications, process flows, and user stories while embedding regulatory, security, and risk considerations. Enable data‑driven product discovery and continuous improvement within a lean agile environment. **Expactations:** - Demonstrated success as a Business Analyst in fintech or financial services product development. - Proficient in lean agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid). - Product‑first mindset focused on business outcomes. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Analytical mindset with judgment for qualitative and quantitative insight. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze and document product requirements aligned to vision and roadmap. - Translate product needs into specifications, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria. - Support Product Owners with user stories, prioritization, and backlog refinement. - Conduct continuous product discovery using customer insights, data analysis, and experimentation. - Identify and manage dependencies across the credit lifecycle (origination to collections). - Collaborate daily with engineering, design, and QA in an agile setup. - Embed regulatory, security, and risk requirements into all product specifications. **Required Skills:** - Business analysis in fintech/software product environment. - Lean agile experience (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid). - Requirement elicitation, specification writing, use‑case modeling, and prioritization. - Strong stakeholder communication and negotiation. - Data analysis proficiency (e.g., SQL, Excel, BI tools). - Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and risk management in fintech. - Proficiency in collaborative tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field. - Professional certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred.
