Expectations: Provide on‑call coverage every six weeks, support offshore repairs, collaborate closely with the System Controller, deliver safety/work instructions, and actively participate in safety and operational meetings. Key Responsibilities: - Inspect the HVDC installation and execute preventive maintenance tasks. - Conduct initial fault analysis for alarms or anomalies. - Carry out repair interventions on all components to restore service safely and efficiently. - Coordinate with the System Controller to release components for work activities. - Deliver safety and work instructions to external contractors. - Prepare work plans for annual full‑shutdown maintenance to maximise efficiency and quality. - Participate in daily operational meetings (Morning Star, 360°, knowledge transfer, team meetings). - Monitor subcontractor safety behavior and intervene on HVDC cable issues with offshore repair teams. - Serve on the duty rotation, available for emergency coverage outside normal hours and on weekends.
