Job Title: Electrical Designer Traineeship Role Summary: 6‑month trainee program to develop skills for a Technical Designer (Secondary Systems) in electrical infrastructure projects (30‑380 kV). Focus on design, documentation, quality control, stakeholder coordination, and on‑site support for protection, automation, and control systems. Expectations: Complete theoretical orientation, CAD design exercises, a mock project study, and multiple site/supplier visits. Acquire competence in standards, integration into existing substations, and production of accurate AutoCAD drawings.
