Job Title: Conversational Designer
Role Summary: Design and architect agentic, goal‑oriented conversational experiences for enterprise AI‑driven assistants across multiple digital channels.
Expactations: Deliver self‑directed, proactive, and seamless user interactions that support task completion, automation, and enterprise services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create modular, reusable conversational flows that adapt to user intent and enterprise workflows.
- Define escalation logic, fallback strategies, and handovers between AI, human agents, and backend systems.
- Collaborate with NLP/NLU engineers to optimize intent recognition, classification, and response generation.
- Prototype and implement context‑aware conversations using tools such as Dialogflow CX, Rasa, Watson Assistant, Botpress, or custom LLM‑based frameworks.
- Leverage interaction data, heatmaps, and feedback loops to continuously refine agent performance and personalization.
- Establish tone of voice, bot personality, and ethical guidelines for human‑AI interaction.
- Contribute to a conversational design system integrated with UX, branding, and service design libraries.
- Monitor and evaluate conversation success metrics, optimizing for frictionless task flow and user satisfaction.
Required Skills:
- 3–5 years in conversational design, AI UX, or content design for enterprise platforms.
- Strong understanding of agentic automation, prompt engineering, and the limits of GenAI/NLU models.
- Hands‑on experience with Dialogflow CX, Rasa, Watson Assistant, Botpress, or custom LLM frameworks.
- Ability to design conversation flows, voice/tone guidelines, and bot personality specs aligned with enterprise standards.
- Proven collaboration in Agile environments with engineers, researchers, and stakeholders.
- Bonus: experience with LLM orchestration, memory design, multi‑agent systems, enterprise AI stack (OpenAI, Azure AI, LangChain, vector databases), UX writing, service design, or enterprise automation.
- Background in linguistics, cognitive science, or behavioral design is advantageous.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human‑Computer Interaction, Design, Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field.
