Job Description
**Job Title:** IT Project Manager **Role Summary** Lead and manage IT projects focused on the development, evolution, and operational maintenance of design applications. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including partially externalized development teams, to ensure project delivery aligned with business needs. **Expectations** Autonomously oversee project lifecycles, prioritize stakeholder collaboration, and ensure technical solutions meet operational and strategic objectives. Demonstrate strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills to align technical execution with business goals. **Key Responsibilities** - Gather and prioritize requirements for application improvements or corrections. - Provide Level 3 support for design applications. - Facilitate workshops with stakeholders, suppliers, and IT partners. - Design functional and technical specifications. - Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource planning. - Supervise development, testing, validation, and deployment processes. - Implement change management strategies for user adoption. - Ensure application quality, sustainability, and integration between systems. - Act as a central point of contact between users, IT, and external partners. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile preferred). - Technical expertise in .NET, Python, and Business Objects (BO). - Experience with SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases. - Familiarity with system interface management between IT platforms. - Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder alignment and change management. - English fluency (written and verbal) for cross-team collaboration. - Adaptability to work in industrial environments and evolving technical landscapes. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent). - Minimum 2 years of experience in an industrial IT environment. - Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, PMP) advantageous but not mandatory.
