Job Title: Sales Developer FR/NL (Freelance/Payroll) **Role Summary** Lead end‑to‑end commercial development for a fintech targetting the Belgian market. Build and grow a B2B client base, design and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns, and close new contracts while collaborating closely with data‑analysis teams to tailor market insights for clients. Operate largely independently with occasional onsite visits. **Expectations** - Secure and onboard new B2B customers through proactive prospecting and pipeline management. - Deliver measurable sales results that align with company targets. - Maintain and grow a robust network within the retail sector. - Represent the company at events and prospecting activities while providing a professional brand image. **Key Responsibilities** - Prospect and generate qualified leads via outbound and inbound channels. - Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to contract signing. - Design and run marketing initiatives across digital, email, and event platforms. - Collaborate with the data‑analysis department to provide clients with relevant market insights. - Track, analyze, and report performance metrics and KPI outcomes. - Build and maintain a high‑quality client pipeline and CRM records. **Required Skills** - Minimum 4 years of B2B sales or business development experience. - Fluency in French and Dutch; operational proficiency in English. - Strong data and KPI management capabilities. - Ability to design and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Self‑motivated, autonomous work style with strong time‑management. - Established network with retail sales and marketing leaders preferred. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. - Relevant certification in CRM (e.g., Salesforce) or sales methodology is a plus.
