**Job Title** Brand Partnerships Manager **Role Summary** Drive revenue growth by securing and expanding strategic brand partnerships for a leading digital parenting community. Own end‑to‑end pipeline management, from prospecting to renewal, leveraging audience insights and AI tools to deliver insight‑led proposals and high‑quality client service. **Expectations** - Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and renewal goals. - Maintain a healthy, data‑accurate pipeline with clear forecasting. - Deliver proposals that translate client objectives into measurable awareness and performance outcomes. - Foster strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Build and execute outbound prospecting strategies targeting relevant brands using audience data and category knowledge. - Own pipeline end‑to‑end: prospecting, qualification, proposal creation, negotiation, closing, and renewal. - Maintain CRM hygiene, pipeline discipline, and forecasting accuracy. - Embed AI tools to enhance research, audience insights, proposal development, and pipeline management. - Lead strategy and creative direction for pitches, converting client needs into partnership ideas. - Collaborate with Planning, Editorial, Product, and Marketing to craft differentiated proposals. - Ensure successful partnership set‑up with Planning and position accounts for renewal. - Monitor parenting trends, cultural moments, competitor activity, and ad market developments to inform proactive proposals. **Required Skills** - Minimum 3 years experience in brand partnerships, media or digital sales (publisher, community platform or social media). - Proven track record in new business generation and account growth. - Strong strategic selling and negotiation ability, comfortable selling across awareness to performance funnels. - Excellent pitching, presentation, and client communication skills. - Operational discipline: CRM usage, pipeline management, forecasting, prioritisation. - Collaborative mindset with cross‑functional teams. - Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to optimise sales processes. - Alignment with purpose‑driven values and a growth mindset. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Certifications in sales, digital marketing, or partnership management are advantageous but not mandatory.
