**Job Title** Independent Commercial Sales Agent **Role Summary** Drive B2B sales of digital signage solutions by prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals with national and regional retail operators. Manage the full sales cycle, maintain client relationships, and report performance to the corporate team. **Expectations** - Deliver quota‑based sales results through independent activity. - Sustain a disciplined prospecting rhythm and a consistently updated pipeline. - Build long‑term trust with decision‑makers and remain accountable for post‑sale customer satisfaction. - Participate in ongoing technical training to maintain product expertise. **Key Responsibilities** - Prospect and secure new business with GMS, GSS and other retail chains. - Conduct product demonstrations and tailored proposals. - Negotiate contractual terms and close sales, ensuring mutual satisfaction. - Maintain a robust sales pipeline and submit accurate forecasts and activity logs. - Provide after‑sale support in coordination with technical and internal teams. **Required Skills** - Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technical or digital solutions. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable with autonomous work. - Ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships. - Familiarity with CRM and sales tracking tools. **Required Education & Certifications** - High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred. - Valid driver’s licence (Category B). - Willingness to obtain product‑specific technical certifications through provided training.
