Job Description: Job Title: Network Engineer (F/M) Role Summary: Provide level‑2/3 support and design of enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure across multiple sites, ensuring performance, reliability, and security. Expectations: - Minimum 3 years of proven experience in network operations (N2/N3). - Strong analytical skills, meticulous documentation, and ability to handle concurrent projects. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and support network infrastructure: monitor, troubleshoot, and upgrade LAN/Wi‑Fi, MPLS, VPN IPsec, SD‑WAN. - Resolve complex incidents, optimize link performance and resilience. - Maintain up‑to‑date technical documentation and network maps. - Lead integration projects: add new sites/cabinets, design LAN/WAN/SD‑WAN architectures. - Manage segmentation, firewall rule changes, and network redesign initiatives. - Participate in technical decisions and evolving architecture. Required Skills: - Expertise in LAN, Wi‑Fi, MPLS, VPN IPsec, SD‑WAN (Palo Alto). - Experience with Aruba switches/APs, Aruba GlobalProtect, Prisma Access. - Proficiency with Palo Alto firewalls (SASE, SSE). - Familiarity with network monitoring, mapping, ticketing tools. - Strong analytical, autonomous, and documentation abilities. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Preferred certifications: Aruba Certified Network Associate (ACNA), Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE) or equivalent.
