Job Description
**Job Title** Regional Key Accounts Manager (F/M) **Role Summary** Drive the regional execution of national key‑account strategy, lead and develop a sales team, and optimize account performance to achieve revenue targets. **Expactations** * Full‑time, permanent role * Deliver on sales targets for large accounts (public sector, hospitality, corporate) * Act as the local liaison for national strategy implementation * Motivate, coach, and evaluate a mixed team of field and back‑office sales staff **Key Responsibilities** * Implement national key‑account strategy within the region * Maintain and grow existing contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed terms * Identify and secure new markets (public sector, regional retail chains, B2B) * Promote cross‑sell of high‑margin products (wine, coffee, spirits) * Supervise field, desk, and back‑office sales teams; set objectives and KPIs * Participate in recruitment, onboarding and continuous training of sales staff * Develop and execute account‑level action plans; ensure alignment with national plans * Monitor market coverage, prospecting campaigns, and commercial performance * Initiate corrective actions when performance gaps arise; adjust targets and plans * Provide weekly reporting and propose tools to enhance tracking and visibility * Manage product launches, card roll‑outs and shelf optimisation for new items * Handle slow‑moving stock and customer credit follow‑up with Credit Manager * Conduct competitive intelligence and prospecting action plans * Lead cross‑departmental collaboration (logistics, technical support) * Directly manage selected strategic national portfolios **Required Skills** * 3+ years of proven sales and managerial experience in a large‑account environment * Strong negotiation and closing abilities * Analytical mindset with evidence‑based decision making * Proven ability to coach and develop sales talent * Experience managing complex, cross‑functional operations * Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills * Results‑oriented, resilient, and highly collaborative **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field (equivalent) * Prior professional certification in sales or account management is an advantage.
