**Job Title:** Business Developer (F/H) **Role Summary:** Drive B2B sales growth by managing a pipeline of small‑to‑medium enterprise leads from initial contact through contract signing. Act as a trusted partner to prospects, guiding them in implementing employee savings solutions. Provide operational support to senior account teams, ensuring seamless handover to Customer Success and Back‑Office for successful client onboarding. **Expactations:** - Prior experience in Business Development, Sales Operations, or Advanced Sales Support in a B2B environment. - Proven ability to manage a complete sales cycle: qualification, needs analysis, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing. - Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple cases while maintaining high quality. - Detail‑oriented and rigorous, maintaining accurate CRM records, verifying contracts, and coordinating with internal teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute a commercial strategy targeted at SMEs, turning inbound leads into signed agreements. - Conduct full sales cycle: qualify prospects, assess needs, deliver demos, craft proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts. - Serve as a reliable partner for prospects, facilitating the set‑up of their savings and retirement programs. - Support senior Account Executives on large‑account sales by preparing financial audits, product demos, and sales artefacts. - Aid in contract administration for large‑account clients, ensuring accurate internal coordination. - Ensure smooth transition of new client files to Customer Success and Back‑Office, verifying completeness, compliance, and initial client communications. **Required Skills:** - B2B sales experience with end‑to‑end deal management. - Excellent communication and presentation capabilities. - Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Attention to detail, rigor, and integrity in documentation and contract handling. - Ability to work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. ---
