Job title: Sales Quality Assurance & Enablement Executive Role Summary: Drive consistency, quality, and continuous improvement in the Business Development Team’s client interactions. Act as an independent mentor, coach, and analytics partner to Business Development Executives (BDEs), ensuring adherence to consultative selling standards and reducing appointment cancellations. Expactations: - Deliver unbiased assessments of sales calls and meeting bookings. - Provide actionable coaching and process recommendations to senior sales leaders. - Maintain transparent meeting allocation and quality metrics. - Facilitate regular training sessions and refine enablement materials.
