**Job Title:** Associate Account Manager **Role Summary:** Drive client relationship management and revenue growth for corporate accounts within the business intelligence sector. Serve as the primary liaison, delivering strategic solutions, upsell opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. **Expectations:** - Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations. - Identify and execute upsell/cross‑sell initiatives within existing portfolio. - Provide industry insights and tailored recommendations to clients. - Collaborate with internal teams for seamless implementation and client success. - Demonstrate self‑motivation, proactive problem‑solving, and teamwork. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and nurture relationships with decision‑makers in corporate accounts. - Conduct needs assessments, develop account plans, and propose value‑add solutions. - Identify growth opportunities and lead upsell and cross‑sell campaigns. - Manage the complete sales cycle: qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closing. - Coordinate with product, implementation, and support teams to deliver high‑quality service. - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine strategies. - Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast pipeline, and report on performance metrics. - Travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience in corporate account management or B2B sales. - Demonstrated track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving business growth. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to build rapport and long‑term relationships with senior executives. - Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. - Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office suite. - Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently or in a team. - Adaptability to changing client needs and market dynamics. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred). - Industry certifications (e.g., HubSpot Sales, Salesforce Admin) are a plus but not mandatory.
