Job Description

**Job Title:** Implementation Manager **Role Summary:** Lead a global team of Implementation Specialists to deliver high‑quality onboarding and configuration of SaaS learning products. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet customer success objectives while driving technical excellence and continuous team development. **Expectations:** - Manage a portfolio of 200+ active implementation projects. - Deliver superior customer experience and achieve professional services revenue targets. - Provide mentorship, performance management, and professional growth for the implementation team. - Act as the technical and strategic “go‑to” expert for all client engagements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Coordinate with Revenue, Product, Engineering, and Solutions Engineering to align project scopes and deliverables. - Lead provisioning, configuration, testing, enablement, and consulting activities for each implementation. - Maintain project health through risk identification, change control, schedule tracking, and resource allocation. - Foster strong cross‑functional relationships and act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders. - Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, and knowledge sharing across the team. **Required Skills:** - Proven remote and global team leadership. - Deep experience with SaaS products and technology implementation. - Strong customer‑facing delivery and service orientation. - Consultative requirement gathering and solution design. - Excellent collaboration, communication, and relationship‑building. - Hands‑on configuration, testing, and rollout expertise. - Project management proficiency (budgeting, scheduling, risk management). **Required Education & Certifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
