Channel Marketing Lead
**Role Summary**
Lead the design, execution, and optimisation of global channel marketing strategy for a B2B SaaS media platform. Own budget planning, campaign calendar, partner co‑marketing, and brand governance across multiple regions. Manage a cross‑functional team and external agencies to deliver measurable leads and revenue growth.
**Expectations**
- Develop and maintain a coordinated global channel marketing plan that aligns with corporate sales objectives.
- Deliver paid media, content, and advocacy initiatives that generate high‑quality marketing qualified leads (MQLs).
- Build and nurture relationships with indirect channel partners and PR agencies.
- Measure, analyse, and report on channel performance, driving continuous improvement.
- Lead and grow a diverse marketing team, fostering ownership, accountability, and professional development.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Strategic Planning** – Design global marketing plan and campaign calendar; allocate budget, resources, and track performance against ROI targets.
2. **Campaign & Program Execution** – Own paid media, cross‑functional coordination, product marketing alignment, customer advocacy (references, case studies), and orchestrate field/digital actions for maximum impact.
3. **Partner Enablement & PR** – Create and run co‑marketing programs with channel partners; manage PR agency and press strategy to amplify brand presence.
4. **People Leadership** – Lead, coach, and inspire the channel marketing team; cultivate a diverse, inclusive culture and enable individual growth.
5. **Analytics & Optimization** – Track campaign and partner performance; use data insights to refine tactics, improve conversion rates, and optimise spend.
**Required Skills**
- 5–7 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with a strong focus on paid media and multi‑channel campaigns.
- Demonstrated success building and managing a global channel marketing team.
- Strategic thinker capable of balancing high‑level vision with operational execution.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Strong analytical mindset; proficiency in performance measurement, attribution, and data‑driven optimisation.
- Creative problem‑solver who thrives in fast‑paced, collaborative environments.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, LinkedIn Marketing, or similar) are a plus.
