Coordinator – Email & SMS Marketing
**Role Summary**
Coordinate, execute, and optimize end‑to‑end email and SMS marketing activities in collaboration with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams. Deliver daily campaigns, manage assets, audit triggers, and provide data‑driven insights to maximize performance against KPIs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build, schedule, and deploy daily marketing communications via CRM deployment tools.
- Work with creative and copy teams to brief, edit, and proof email and SMS content.
- Upload and organize digital assets for campaign assets.
- Conduct quarterly audits of automated trigger programs and publish performance reports.
- Collaborate with DTC, Global, Creative and Product teams to define email/SMS needs, scheduling, and priorities.
- Perform competitor research on broadcast strategies, personalization, loyalty programs, and emerging trends; recommend improvements.
- Track key metrics (open, click‑through, conversion, unsubscribe, revenue, RPM).
- Summarize results and provide strategic recommendations for optimization.
- Generate A/B and multivariate testing plans, segmentation, personalization strategies, and list growth initiatives.
- Participate in agency calls, manage follow‑ups, and maintain partner relationships.
**Required Skills**
- 2+ years in retention, lifecycle, or CRM marketing.
- Experience with email/SMS platforms (Klaviyo experience preferred).
- Strong quantitative and analytical reporting capabilities.
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to pivot priorities rapidly.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Superior writing, proofreading, and communication abilities.
- Proactive, collaborative mindset.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred fields: Marketing, Communications, Business, or related).
