Job Description
**Job Title** Cyber Infrastructure Engineer **Role Summary** Implement, configure, and optimize Darktrace’s Active AI Security Platform across clients’ network, cloud, OT, and email environments. Deliver projects to Service Level Objectives, manage customer support tickets, and serve as a trusted advisor on security infrastructure design. **Expectations** - Complete all deployment projects on or before the agreed SLOs. - Maintain high-quality, secure integrations with existing client architectures. - Deliver proactive support, issue resolution, and tuning to ensure optimal platform performance. - Serve as a mentor and collaborator for technical peers and cross‑functional teams. **Key Responsibilities** - Deploy and configure Darktrace sensors, software modules, and response components in network, cloud, OT, and email settings. - Integrate Darktrace with clients’ cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.), firewalls, and email gateways. - Troubleshoot network, cloud, and OT connectivity issues; resolve support tickets efficiently. - Conduct system tuning (custom routes, firewall integration, email enablement) to meet security objectives. - Document deployment procedures, architecture changes, and best practices. - Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to align deployment with client needs and business goals. - Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge on Darktrace solutions and industry practices. **Required Skills** - Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, OSI reference model, and cyber security principles. - Knowledge of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP) and basic network design. - Familiarity with OT network principles (Purdue model). - Experience with SOC or network engineering roles preferred. - Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills. - Ability to mentor and guide less experienced staff. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or related field. - Industry vendor certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, AWS Solutions Architect Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer) are highly desirable. ---
