Senior Manager, GTM Enablement Business Partners
**Role Summary**
Lead and scale a cross‑regional team of GTM Enablement Business Partners in North America and LATAM. Translate executive sales and growth objectives into data‑driven enablement plans, coach partner teams, and serve as a primary liaison between GTM stakeholders and global enablement leadership.
**Expectations**
- Drive performance and revenue growth through targeted enablement initiatives.
- Maintain alignment with global standards while tailoring programs to regional needs.
- Deliver measurable results in pipeline, conversion, quota attainment, and churn reduction.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and execute regional enablement strategy aligned with senior GTM priorities.
- Translate pipeline, ACV growth, and churn goals into actionable enablement plans.
- Lead quarterly/annual business reviews with GTM leadership, presenting impact metrics.
- Hire, coach, and develop a high‑performing team of embedded GTM partners across NA and LATAM.
- Set clear goals, processes, and budgets; ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
- Act as a player‑coach for stakeholders lacking dedicated performance partners.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to influence agenda, surface insights, and recommend process changes.
- Serve as escalation and alignment point between local partners and global enablement leadership.
- Guide partners in using data, feedback, and field insights to identify and close skill, process, behavior, or product gaps.
- Oversee creation and delivery of performance improvement plans and field training.
- Standardize frameworks for global enablement programs and ensure consistency with content leaders.
- Track, report, and analyze enablement impact using KPIs and GTM metrics.
- Lead retrospectives, post‑mortems, and continuous improvement cycles.
- Foster a culture of learning, accountability, and data‑driven decision making.
**Required Skills**

- Excellent stakeholder management and influence across senior sales, presales, and customer success leaders.

- Effective communication (written and verbal) in English; Spanish language proficiency a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM, enablement, and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Heartland, Tableau).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in sales or enablement (e.g., Certified Sales Enablement Professional, Certified Sales Coaching, or similar) preferred.
