Job Description

**Job title:** Senior Developer **Role Summary:** Lead the design, development, and maintenance of web‑based cloud applications using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and Azure services. Drive architecture decisions, performance tuning, and secure coding practices while collaborating with QA, product, and operations teams. **Expectations:** - Deliver production‑ready code that meets functional and performance specifications. - Participate in architecture reviews and influence long‑term technical direction. - Communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, code, test, and deploy C# / ASP.NET MVC/Web API solutions on Azure App Services, Functions, and related platforms. - Create and maintain SQL Server databases; perform indexing, query optimization, and data integrity checks. - Build and integrate RESTful APIs, ensuring adherence to security and scalability standards. - Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling for automated builds, deployments, and monitoring. - Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, including legacy system support when required. - Mentor junior developers and advocate for best practices in clean code, design patterns, and test‑driven development. **Required Skills:** - 5+ years of professional experience in C#, ASP.NET (MVC/Web API/Core). - Strong knowledge of Azure services (App Services, Functions, AAD, Storage, Cosmos/SQL). - Proficient with SQL Server, database design, and performance tuning. - Experience with REST API development, authentication, and authorization (AAD, OAuth). - Familiarity with DevOps pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Docker). - Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and secure coding principles. - Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work both independently and in teams. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. - Preferred Azure certifications (AZ-204, AZ-303, or AZ-304).
