Job Description
Job Title: Brand Designer Role Summary: Produce and maintain visual assets that embody a clear, human‑centered brand identity, translating complex AI and trade concepts into consistent, scalable design across marketing, sales, and internal communications. Expectations: Deliver high‑quality, on‑time design work within a fast‑paced, collaborative environment while upholding brand guidelines and actively contributing to brand evolution. Key Responsibilities: • Execute day‑to‑day production design for digital ads, social media graphics, website assets, and email templates. • Design sales enablement materials: decks, presentation templates, internal communications, and event signage. • Create and update one‑pagers, case studies, and other marketing collateral. • Serve as brand guardian—ensure all assets adhere to typography, color, illustration, and overall brand guidelines. • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and sales teams to translate content goals into visual stories. • Maintain the design asset library and foundational brand files. • Ideate and innovate with the Head of Brand and creative team to evolve brand strategy. Required Skills: • 1‑3 years of graphic/brand design experience (internships and academic projects acceptable). • Strong portfolio demonstrating visual hierarchy, typography, and scalable design. • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and presentation tools (Google Slides, PowerPoint, Keynote). • Strategic brand thinking combined with high‑level craftsmanship. • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. • Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication of design decisions. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience accepted.
