**Job Title** Principal Program Manager **Role Summary** Lead and execute enterprise‑wide Security Compliance Programs, translating C‑suite strategic goals into actionable plans. Manage cross‑functional teams, track program milestones, report KPIs, and provide data‑driven insights to senior leadership. **Expectations** - Align compliance initiatives with strategic objectives. - Deliver measurable program outcomes on schedule and within budget. - Serve as a trusted advisor to C‑suite, influencing strategy through operational excellence. - Foster a culture of transparency, risk awareness, and data‑driven decision making. **Key Responsibilities** - Partner with VP and C‑suite to define program scope and priorities. - Design, launch, and transform security compliance initiatives across the enterprise. - Track and report milestones, OKRs, and performance metrics; provide actionable insights. - Facilitate weekly/monthly stakeholder stand‑ups, ensuring progress, risk, and action clarity. - Escalate risks and recommend timely solutions. - Influence strategy by leveraging operational insights to scale compliance processes. - Manage budgets, allocate resources, and forecast finances in alignment with business goals. - Promote data‑driven decision making to optimize program success. **Required Skills** - Strategic program management and execution. - Cross‑functional stakeholder engagement. - Data analytics and KPI reporting. - Risk identification, mitigation, and escalation. - Budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Leadership and change‑management capabilities. - Familiarity with security compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. - Professional certification: PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program‑management credential. - Knowledge of security compliance standards and frameworks is preferred.
