Job Title: Field Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover) – 6‑Month Contract **Role Summary** Lead and execute field‑marketing initiatives across EMEA (France, Benelux, Nordics, DACH) to generate demand and brand awareness for a climate‑tech platform. Coordinate trade shows, webinars, and partner events, aligning with sales targets and senior marketing strategy. **Expactations** - Deliver a 6‑month field‑marketing plan that drives pipeline growth and meets quarterly sales objectives. - Build and maintain relationships with regional sales teams, partners, and event stakeholders. - Manage budgets, performance metrics, and AI‑enabled workflow improvements. **Key Responsibilities** - Execute end‑to‑end trade‑show presence (booth design, messaging, sales enablement, on‑site management). - Plan, coordinate, and run partner and internal webinars (platform logistics, communications, speaker liaison). - Develop partner‑event strategies to expand brand reach across multiple regions. - Coordinate lead‑generation campaigns (email, social, outreach) and track follow‑up processes. - Analyze event and campaign performance, report metrics, and recommend optimizations. - Manage field‑marketing budget and spend tracking. - Collaborate with content, email, and organic social teams to align messaging. - Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and content creation. **Required Skills** - 5+ years in B2B field marketing, with proven experience in live and virtual events. - Strong understanding of the marketing funnel and lead‑to‑close processes. - Project management and budget stewardship. - Excellent interpersonal and cross‑functional collaboration. - Comfortable using AI tools for workflow automation and content generation. - Experience in carbon management and ESG (preferred). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. - Professional certifications in marketing, events, or ESG (e.g., CME, GRI) are an advantage.
