Manage requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, deployment, and user adoption to ensure project success. **Expectations** - Minimum 5 years of hands‑on Salesforce experience with a focus on CPQ. - Proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations in enterprise environments. - Strong business analysis, stakeholder management, and change‑management skills. - Proficient in written and spoken English and capable of working with cross‑functional teams. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Requirements Analysis** – Collect, document, and validate business needs from business users and stakeholders. 2. **Solution Design & Configuration** – Draft functional specifications, design CPQ solutions, and configure Salesforce objects, pricing models, and approval workflows. 3. **Deployment & Testing** – Plan and execute deployments, oversee UAT, and ensure data integrity. 4. **Change Management & Adoption** – Conduct training sessions, create user guides, and support end‑user adoption throughout the organization. 5. **Project Collaboration** – Coordinate with project managers, technical teams, and support staff to keep projects on schedule and within scope. **Required Skills** - Deep knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and core Salesforce platform. - Experience with CPQ configuration, quoting, approval processes, and billing integration. - Business analysis techniques (use cases, process maps, data flow diagrams). - Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management skills. - Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Proficient in English (spoken and written). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Administrator, CPQ Specialist, Platform App Builder) strongly preferred.
