Expactations: - Current enrollment or recent graduate in Human‑Computer Interaction, Psychology, Information Science, Design, or related field. - Strong understanding of framing research around business/product problems. - Experience with qualitative (interviews, moderated/unmoderated sessions) and quantitative (surveys, data analysis) methods. - Excellent written and verbal communication for presenting findings to cross‑functional stakeholders. - Self‑motivated, eager to learn, and capable of working independently with a mentor. Key Responsibilities: 1. Plan and conduct research projects, including surveys, in‑depth interviews, concept/prototype testing, and usability studies. 2. Synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations. 3. Deliver presentations of research insights to Product Management, Design, Engineering, Data Analytics, and Marketing teams. 4. Assist in building streamlined research processes and documentation. 5. Manage 2–3 horizontal projects during the internship, ensuring varied experience. 6. Support sprint‑related UX research, evangelize new UX tools, and contribute to onboarding/training exercises. Required Skills: - Mixed‑methods research design and execution. - Data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, SurveyMonkey). - Strong UX research documentation and reporting. - Proficiency in research communication (written reports, slide decks). - Familiarity with Human‑Computer Interaction principles. - Ability to advocate for users and empathize with diverse perspectives. Required Education & Certifications: - Undergraduate or graduate curriculum in Human‑Computer Interaction, Psychology, Information Science, Design, or equivalent. - No mandatory certifications; experience with research tools and platforms preferred.
