Job Description: Job Title: Customer Success Manager – Spanish Speaking Role Summary: Drive and nurture enterprise client relationships across the UK and Spain for a leading road safety technology provider, ensuring successful deployment, customer satisfaction, and growth opportunities while serving as the liaison between customers and internal teams. Expectations: - Fluent in Spanish (both written and spoken) with strong communication skills in English. - 3–5 years of experience managing enterprise-level client accounts. - Ability to travel monthly to Madrid. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and expand key enterprise relationships in the UK and Spain. - Build and maintain trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders. - Ensure successful deployment and adoption of road‑safety solutions. - Identify and propose opportunities for account growth and process improvement. - Collaborate with global teams to deliver consistent customer success. Required Skills: - Bilingual fluency: Spanish & English. - Proven relationship‑building and stakeholder management. - Commercial mindset with a focus on customer value. - Tech‑savvy approach to solution implementation and data analysis. - Willingness to travel.
