Job Description
**Job Title** Technical Product Owner – Enterprise Quality, Data, Intelligence & Automation **Role Summary** Own end-to‑end delivery of multiple Enterprise Quality data, AI and automation products within a high‑performance team. Act as the single owner of product vision, backlog, cost, performance, and adoption, ensuring alignment with business strategy and stakeholder needs. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑value, data‑driven products that meet enterprise quality goals. - Maintain clear communication and influence across cross‑functional teams in a matrixed environment. - Optimize total cost of ownership while continuously improving platform performance and user experience. **Key Responsibilities** - Drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Enterprise Quality data, AI and automation solutions. - Gather, prioritize, and translate business requirements into clear user stories with acceptance criteria. - Manage product backlog using Agile (Scrum, JIRA) and coordinate with data engineers, developers, and stakeholders on feature delivery. - Monitor platform performance, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend enhancements. - Conduct QBRs, stakeholder reviews, and feedback cycles to refine product capabilities. - Lead user training sessions and workshops to accelerate adoption. - Secure and justify development budgets through compelling value propositions. - Maintain portfolio information in Nexus, Assess Management, Lean IX, ITSM, and IAM systems. - Serve as JJT Lead for SOX‑compliant applications within scope. **Required Skills** - 2–3 years experience delivering business impact through data, AI, and intelligent automation (Data Science, ML, Generative AI, etc.). - 5+ years IT/product management experience, preferably in data analytics. - Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, JIRA). - Strong analytical and decision‑making skills with ability to evaluate data for senior leaders. - Familiarity with laboratory and quality management systems (LIMS, QMS) a plus. - Excellent written and oral communication; stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills. - Technical familiarity: Microsoft Azure, Databricks, OpenAI GPT, Neo4j, Alation, PostgreSQL, Python, PySpark, Tableau/Power BI/ThoughtSpot. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Data Science or related field (minimum). - Advanced degree preferred. ---
