**Job Title**
SAP FI/CO Project Manager – Center of Excellence
**Role Summary**
Lead the SAP Center of Excellence for a multinational group that recently migrated from brownfield to S4/HANA. Drive strategic SAP planning, governance, budget management, and innovation while supervising a multidisciplinary team of technical, functional, support, and training consultants. Act as the primary liaison with business units (Procurement, Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Sales) to ensure alignment of SAP solutions with business goals and to deliver level‑3 support and change management.
**Expectations**
- Own the SAP roadmap and align it with the overall IT strategy and business needs.
- Manage the SAP budget, investments, and the entire S4/HANA ecosystem including partner governance.
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Center of Excellence across 100 entities in 25 countries.
- Deliver high‑quality SAP projects (deployments, integrations, new features, version upgrades) on schedule and within budget.
- Foster continuous improvement, documentation, and knowledge sharing throughout the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and execute the SAP strategic roadmap.
- Pilot budget and investment decisions for SAP solutions.
- Govern S4/HANA and related technologies (Expensya, Kyriba, Basware, SAP Fiori, BI Data Warehouse).
- Lead, develop, and manage a multidisciplinary team (technical, functional, support, training).
- Manage third‑party providers and outsourced services (SLA compliance, quality, deliverables, billing).
- Serve as the key stakeholder liaison for Procurement, Finance, Controlling, Accounting, and Sales.
- Champion change management and deliver level‑3 support.
- Oversee SAP project delivery: deployments, integrations, new functionalities, documentation, continuous improvement, and version upgrades.
**Required Skills**
- SAP S4/HANA expertise with strong focus on FI/CO; knowledge of SD, MM, and migration processes.
- Experience leading multi‑company, multinational SAP initiatives.
- Proven project management and Center of Excellence leadership.
- Strong understanding of finance, procurement, and sales processes within SAP.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and pedagogical skills.
- Ability to manage partner and vendor relationships effectively.
- Autonomous, rigorous, results‑oriented.
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- SAP certifications are highly desirable (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA for Finance, SAP Fiori, SAP SuccessFactors).
