Job Description: Job title: Logistics Operations Manager – Tangier Role Summary: Lead, coordinate, and continuously improve all logistics operations, ensuring efficient movement of goods, compliance with standards, and optimal use of resources. Expectations: - Manage end‑to‑end logistics processes within the organization. - Deliver on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. - Lead and develop a high‑performance logistics team. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and coordinate daily logistics activities (receiving, warehousing, picking, packing, shipping, and inbound/outbound transportation). • Plan and schedule goods flows to meet delivery windows and cost targets. • Manage relationships with carriers, suppliers, and third‑party service providers. • Monitor performance metrics (KPIs), analyze data, and implement corrective actions. • Ensure adherence to company procedures, quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory compliance. • Drive process optimization initiatives and propose continuous improvement measures. • Maintain accurate stock records and support seamless operations in fulfillment, returns, and inventory control.
