Job Description
**Job Title:** DevOps Engineer (Operations) **Role Summary:** Member of the Operations team responsible for production support, incident resolution, maintenance, monitoring, tool development, and continuous improvement of cloud‑based environments (AWS, OVH). Works closely with Engineering to ensure service stability, implement patches, and optimize configurations. **Expectations:** - Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a DevOps, Operations, or Production support role. - Strong analytical and methodical approach to incident diagnosis. - Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively with engineering teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Respond to production incidents, diagnose issues, and implement fixes independently or with Engineering. - Apply software patches and update application/system configurations to maintain service continuity. - Design, develop, and maintain monitoring tools and log‑analysis solutions. - Manage and enhance internal tooling and CI/CD pipelines. - Participate in project deployments and improve client configurations on AWS and OVH. - Contribute to cloud environment optimization and cost efficiency. - Support test/lab environment management, including validation scenario creation. **Required Skills:** - Cloud platforms: AWS, OVH. - Linux system administration. - Scripting: Bash, Python. - Configuration management: Ansible. - Monitoring and log management tools. - CI/CD concepts and application deployment processes. - Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and prioritization abilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). - Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Kubernetes Administrator) are a plus but not mandatory.

**Job Title** DevOps Engineer **Role Summary** Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation solutions across cloud and on‑prem environments. Collaborate closely with development teams to streamline release flows, ensure system reliability, and embed security best practices. **Expectations** - Own the end‑to‑end CI/CD process: build, test, deploy, and monitor. - Provide L2/L3 support and incident resolution for production pipelines. - Drive continuous improvement of automation, monitoring, and security hygiene. - Document processes, scripts, and architecture to enable knowledge transfer. **Key Responsibilities** - Collaborate with dev teams to design and enhance CI/CD pipelines. - Write and maintain automation scripts (Python, Shell). - Build and manage Ansible playbooks for deployment, configuration, and recurring operations. - Automate service provisioning and configuration on AWS and on‑prem infrastructure. - Monitor, alert, and analyze pipeline performance; troubleshoot incidents. - Lead remote update campaigns using Rancher, Rudder or equivalent tools. - Educate teams on security best practices (access control, secrets, hardening). - Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, configurations, and scripts. **Required Skills** - Scripting: Python, Shell (or equivalent). - Strong Linux proficiency; networking fundamentals. - System Operations experience in production environments. - CI/CD knowledge; hands‑on with at least one tool (GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.). - Expertise in Ansible automation. - Cloud experience, preferably AWS. - Documentation and team collaboration. - Good written and spoken English. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). - AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional or similar certifications are a plus.
