Job Title: Software Developer (M/F) Role Summary: Entry‑to‑mid level software developer responsible for designing, developing, and evolving electronic document management (GED) solutions. Working under technical mentorship, the role includes hands‑on coding in Java/Spring, Maven, and Jenkins, with opportunities to engage in front‑end development using Angular and Node.js. Expections: - Rapid skill acquisition through e‑learning and personalized coaching. - Proactive participation in live client projects. - Demonstrated curiosity, autonomy, and rigorous problem‑solving. - Willingness to grow technical expertise and contribute to team objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze requirements and implement software solutions for GED systems. - Write clean, maintainable code in Java and Spring framework. - Build and manage build pipelines with Maven and Jenkins. - Collaborate in full‑stack development, including Angular and Node.js front‑end components. - Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration practices. - Support ongoing evolution and enhancement of existing GED applications.
