Job Title: Strategy Lead, AML (NiCE Actimize)
Role Summary:
Lead the AML sales strategy for the EMEA region, driving pipeline growth, bookings, and market positioning. Act as the senior AML subject‑matter expert for the Actimize Direct Sales team and for key customers and prospects, collaborating cross‑functionally to align product, services, and sales enablement.
Expectations:
- Deliver measurable revenue impact for AML solutions across EMEA.
- Provide thought leadership and market insights to inform product roadmap and go‑to‑market tactics.
- Enable the sales organization with a scalable, value‑based selling approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the EMEA AML sales strategy, including target market segmentation, messaging, and campaign plans.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, forecasting demand and closing high‑value SMB and enterprise deals.
- Serve as the AML SME for the Direct Sales team, providing technical, product, and market expertise in sales engagements.
- Partner with Product, Services, and other internal SMEs to translate industry trends into actionable sales strategies and new offerings.
- Lead revenue‑recognition compliant deal structuring, contract negotiation, and partnership agreements.
- Coach and train sales representatives on AML compliance requirements, solution benefits, and competitive differentiation.
- Analyze market data, customer needs, and competitive positioning to continually refine sales approaches.
- Act as a customer advocate, ensuring alignment between market demands and product capabilities.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in financial crime/AML in banking, brokerage, insurance, or consulting.
- Proven track record selling or implementing enterprise application software (incl. payment processing, compliance, and operational risk).
- Experience closing complex software deals with long sales cycles.
- Strong positioning and differentiation skills against competitors.
- Revenue recognition knowledge and contract negotiation expertise.
- Excellent written and presentation communication, with strong interpersonal and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Proactive, customer‑focused mindset with a talent for cross‑functional collaboration.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
- Relevant AML/financial crime certifications (e.g., CAMS, ACAMS) preferred but not mandatory.
