**Job Title:**
Merchandising Coordinator, Apparel, Bags & Accessories – W/M
**Role Summary:**
Deliveres commercial impact for the apparel, bags and accessories categories by translating business strategies into actionable collection plans, assortments, and sales volume estimates. Works closely with merchandisers, marketing, sales, and cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment, accurate data, and successful go‑to‑market execution.
**Expectations:**
* Execute merchandising tools and processes efficiently for seasonal preparation, order taking, and monitoring.
* Maintain data integrity across all distribution channels.
* Support sales and marketing teams with accurate, up‑to‑date information and insights.
* Drive continuous improvement of merchandising operations and project initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Merchandising & Commercial Operations** – Implement tools for seasonal planning, order entry, and monitoring; guarantee alignment between business units and merchandising.
2. **Sample Management** – Coordinate ordering, tracking, and delivery of market samples with product and supply‑chain teams.
3. **Assortment & Deliverables** – Maintain seasonal range plans, catalogues, VLPs; update and communicate assortment changes to stakeholders.
4. **Market & Business Analysis** – Conduct product and market analyses to uncover commercial opportunities and support decision‑making.
5. **Sales & Go‑to‑Market Support** – Provide data, tools, and operational setup for regional/local sales teams; manage merchandising showroom activities.
6. **Cross‑Functional Coordination** – Facilitate meetings, agendas, and information flow between commercial, merchandising, product and supply‑chain teams.
7. **Project & Process Support** – Engage in ad‑hoc projects, process improvement initiatives, and specific business needs.
**Required Skills:**
* Proficiency with merchandising and commercial analytics tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Excel).
* Strong data management and accuracy mindset.
* Excellent written and verbal communication in English; French preferred.
* Analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on business outcomes.
* Cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
* Project coordination and ability to handle multiple priorities.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Minimum 2 years experience in apparel, bags or accessories merchandising within a retail or multi‑channel environment.
* Knowledge of seasonal planning, assortment strategy, and sales volume forecasting.
