**Job Title** Cyber Security Engineer **Role Summary** Design, implement, and maintain industrial cybersecurity controls for IT and OT environments, ensuring compliance with IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIS2, and CAF/ECAF standards. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to safeguard critical infrastructure and advise stakeholders on best practices. **Expectations** - Deliver hands‑on cyber protection for essential assets and critical infrastructure. - Work effectively across IT and OT domains, interfacing with multiple disciplines. - Serve as a trusted advisor on cybersecurity, continuously improving security posture. - Stay current with industry standards, regulatory frameworks, and emerging threats. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, deploy, and maintain security controls aligned with IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIS2, and CAF/ECAF. - Configure and manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, and other network security components. - Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability identification, and remediation planning. - Respond to cyber inquiries, support incident response, and provide post‑incident analysis. - Collaborate with IT/OT stakeholders to integrate security into project lifecycles. - Develop and deliver security recommendations and best‑practice guidance. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives across projects and technologies. **Required Skills** - Proven experience in industrial cybersecurity with hands‑on knowledge of IEC 62443. - Familiarity with NIS2 and CAF/ECAF compliance frameworks. - Strong practical skills in firewall configuration, IDS/IPS, and secure network architecture. - Ability to operate confidently across IT and OT environments. - Effective communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. - Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Electrical Engineering, or related field. - CISSP or comparable professional certification is a plus. - Demonstrated knowledge of industrial control system security standards.
